@StardollCheated Go to settings and make sure you have the Toolbar turned on, you can then from their set it to open however you want. As I said in the video, I made it so it comes down whenever I double click the home button. However, that is not a pre-defined setting.
@MegaMukhtar What it sounds like to me, is that the shortcut created by the program is not accessing its core files. I have never tried this on one of the modern iPhones (though my friend tried on his iphone 4 and it worked flawlessly) however you may have a modern firmware as well which may be blocking your frash installation files. My guess would be simply to try re installing the program.
@TheAppleIpads first, frash doesn't work for ios 3+ and also seeing the date of the comment, iphone 4s wasn't jailbroken back then so dunno what you were thinking..
@xxcomfortableme hmm.. i can't help you there. I recently traded in my iphone for a nice android! So there may be a messed up setting or a weird update that was released, but i no longer know.

@kailer21 You must have a version above 4.2.1, I would recommend downgrading to 4.1
Also, make sure you have cydia 1.1

@amurinhooo What iOS version are you running? This video is over a year old, so the steps may be different if you are running a newer iOS version
