First of all, it's nice video! However, the way you fights only apply to computer. Fighting real player requires a different technique.

More Defensive, and with counters, wait for chance, more psychologic to /forward,backward playing/slow going with iori, to make nervous and stuff) bud my speed is the Same.(old video i´m now a little bit faster, after blocking attacks can i do some more combos(iori,kyo,yuri) really fast.
