first time in my life i have seen a gti do 11.1 congrats! i see honda civic's egs doing 9's all day everday and they are street cars, not like the gti they need to be track cars to be doing that.
ps: unless your willing to basically build your own car, which is particularly difficult you cant just plonk any engine in the hole, and im unaware of a 600 hp (possible 600hp) engine that goes into any golf. Vr6 is not a fast engine! g60 has better power/weight ratio, vr6 was built for the mk3 because the gti wasnt good enough so they made the vr6 :) it couldnt beat a supra. its a g60 tuned (300hp on a light car is fast)
@Focusb4ufire a guy crammed an audi sourced v12 into the joke of a car bmw e36 compact, which is an embarrassment to bmw(the car not the v12 a dude put into it), so who knows, 600 hp golf isnt that crazy
modded turbos dont work...if you idiots know anything about engines, the shape of the piston on a non turbo/SCharger is concave in shape to allow the fuel to be burnt and exhaust to release, with a turbo, it gets sucked out so the piston head is flat as no need for the same shape. if u put a turbo on a self aspired the result is appauling as the setup is wrong!...if this car is turbo or/Schanged it is a g60 standard and modded, tuned and well serviced.
was wrong about the supra. what year ws this supra? its still not stock. even though it might be like that from the factory, it still has a turbo which makes it not stock. factory modded is still modded.
stock just means no after market modifications. Modded means modify or change. If my car has a factory turbo and i don't change anything, IT IS STOCK.
