@silvermaniamania1 Not cheap labour at all, In my country the average worker earns far more with more benefits than the average american, There are servere labour shortages in my country, to much work an not enough workers so we have to pay high rates to get workers.

I was at the annual meeting and heard both sides of the argument as a neutral party. The Russell CEO talks about how an indep. 3rd party came in to assess the situation and, no surprise, found nothing wrong.

The situation felt, to me, very much like David vs. Goliath. In my opinion (and I'm opening myself up to criticism by others there), I got the feeling that there were violations but now they're either cleared up, or Russell was on "good behavior" for the time the third party was there.
