Joel Corey is one of the most underated footballers in the AFL. this smother opitimises his play. He does all the hard, non-glamorous work, which makes the likes of bartel and ablett look so good (not taking anything away from these players, they are unbeliveable) week in week out, with little outside praise (except for the fact that he is multiple all australian) and does it without any fuss. He is a classic "footballers footballer"

I think Corey is so underated (and i'm definitely not trying to take anything away from him) is that he rarely makes what he does an artform like Ablett does. He does what he has to do, and he does that brilliantly.

He's just a fantastic player who's quite selfless in doing what he needs to do for the team. Huge respect to a guy like that.

It's why it's great to see him pull off something phenomenal like this.
