  • Americuhh! Thats old school stuntin right thurr

  • Awesome! I'm going to modify my roller fo be tapered. I use 2.5" pvc right now, but that is just brilliant. Great way to work the pinkie and ring fingers and the attached muscles and tendons!

  • lol u show them old man!!

  • That only work your forearm flexor, not wrist flexor!!!,palms up for wrist and forearm flexor!

  • Hell yeah Grandpa!

  • nice, i love wrist rollers, one of my favorite exercise!

  • The tappered wrist roller is harder then most people think. At least he is holding the wrist roller out infront of him other then these other guys thats use the machine, sure you can put more weight on the machine, but holding it out in front of you builds all body functional strength, which is what the machine boys SERIOUS LACK.

  • way too fast, and his arms aren't straight

  • with his age, he might not be able to keep his arms straight. Chances are he's doing that way for a reason, and does not need advice from online people like you and me.

  • If I straighten my arms out it then becomes more of a deltoid exercise than a forearm exercise. Mike

  • thats what I found, on the way up it works your biceps and triceps, going down works your forearms more. i love rollers
