yeah i lived in the big white house on the 3rd floor...i really miss it bad..im in LI now but i know ill find myself home again. truly a great neighborhood. beautiful place.

That's wild! It is a great neighborhood. Thanks for giving me the scoop as to why the man didn't decorate the tree anymore. I used to call it the "Wishing Tree" because it cheered me up and reminded me of my goals.

omg i lived in one of those houses u passed..and the man didnt decordate the tree anymore after he got cancer...i love this town i miss it everyday. thats my block tooo!!!

my hubby lived in flushing and i brought him to PA wow what a difference. i think the countryside is way better, lol and he doesnt wanna go back.

Well, I'm from the Pacific Northwest near Vancouver, BC, so Flushing was never near as beautiful, and surely not as much as PA, but I did love many things about Flushing. I made a lot of unlikely friends in the community and miss them dearly.
