Check out the comments on amazon about Kodak printers, hundreds of complaints about these junk printers. Ink is not cheaper, you pay less because they put less in the cartridge and you get less printed pages due to excessive cleaning. Buy a different brand, and save yourself some grief and money. Worst printer I have ever owned.

I liked the printer for the first few months but it does have its problems. Ive had to replace the header 3 times, and the ink doesn't last . It dries up too fast hence why I have had to replace the header. On top of that its noisy and way too big. I got mine as a gift from Kodak for the trouble I had to go through with their small printers. I think next one will be a Brother Printer. I'm tired of replacing the entire cartridge when just one color is out and the rest is fine.

My Dad just bought this at a boxing day sale. Apparently Staples bought so many and nobody really liked it. Oh well. Ink is cheap and print quality is great, why complain?

hey can someone please tell me what those printers are called that are really small and you just plug your digital camera in right on the top and you can print your photos. my sister had one but she lost it and i want one but i cant find it anywhere!

@zztop5911 You can get them from Best Buy. I work there so I know that they carry a small Cannon printer as well as some other brand.

These new printers are so cheaply made you will be replacing it way before you save ink money. I am returning mine. And the INDIA customer service is so frustrating to say the least! Not to mention no one to help you at corporate head quarters. No thanks! You have lost a customer for life!

@zenmuse1 I agree with you 100% Damn India customer service is horrible! Why cant we have an american made product with Americans behind the phones? I also second the fact that they lost a customer as well here too.

Piece of garbage! Don't buy these CHEAP printers. What you save in ink you will use in buying a new printer! It sucks and Kodak customer service in INDIA sucks!
