That at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, of things in heaven, and things in earth, and things under the earth; And that every tongue should confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father. Philippians 2:10,11
this clown is a Fraud Richard Peter Bennett ... The real Father was R M Bennet .....
From 1971, the parish passed to the Dominicans with Rev. Fathers K. Sheridan, Ronan Cusak and R.M. Bennet serving in that order. Also assisting for short periods during this time were Fathers Cockburn, Duffy and Rivas. The latter is currently serving as Archbishop of St. Lucia. Taken from the Parish web site... what a phony bastard
Why would you want to eat candy and drink Coke anyhow? Eating those things is basically sacrificing your health!
He gives the same exact words every talk if you watch a few videos.
If you actually read the New Testament, you can see that the Early Church and in fact Judaism in those days included Greek teaching already. It was common knowledge for the educated.
Maybe this guy was just lead astray by bad Catholics. I've read Protestant theology, it's not bad but not as Biblical as Catholic.
I have to respectfully disagree with your idea that the Roman Catholic church is more Biblical than most Protestant churches. The most prime examples I can think of: Where in the scripture does it say that Mary (Jesus' mother) was taken into heaven bodily? Where does it refer to her as "co-redeemer," as the Roman church calls her? (In fact, it says the opposite. It says that Christ is our only intercessor.) Where does it say that we should pray to the saints rather than directly to God?
The term Catholic as you have stated, does not refer to the Church of Rome. This speaker was a priest in the ROMAN Catholic Church. It is not the same as the Catholic Church.
Protestants should remember the first person to use the term "catholic" was St. Ignatius of Antioch, who was one of the children Jesus took into His arms and blessed. He was also a disciple of the beloved apostle John.
This man has love for God and man in his heart. It has led him on a journey for truth. What courage to face the truth in the face of such a powerful institution. He knows that God is ever more powerful than the church. Thank you for this. His story is an encouragement and an inspiration. It strengthens my faith in God.
I hope too that I am doing His will. I know I am a sinner and I often fall short. I see I got 2 thumbs down for my comment. I'll pray that God help me understand how I've been offensive. Thank you for your encouragement.
Christ is the truth, praise God and He moves hearts when His name and His Word is lifted up. There is no other name by which we must be saved.

I presume you recognize the 27 book Canon of the NT, So where in Scripture does it state that theres 27 books?
If you admit that nowhere in the Bible is number of NT books stated, then how did the Early Church come by the Canon it has (without Tradition) ?
Just a fair question, not a criticism.

Yeah, and St Paul wrote the letter to Rome, in which he stated what this ' catholic' church should believe!

And that means? demas was a disciple of Paul and later left him having "loved this present world" as Paul wrote. So what's your point?

The priesthood being required to pay the price for sin, that is an insult to the Savior.
