The investigator in the Keating 5 early on said McCain was not involved. The Dems needed a republican to be part of the blame, refused to drop him but even in the end McCain was cleared. As for Obama not being charged with anything yet, the key word is yet...Rezko is talking and Obama's name has been mentioned.
