Excellent advise and I wish more people would get it about starches and sugar. People just will not give up pasta, rice, potatoes and bread and all that other comfort food. The American diet is based soley on all of the above!

my point being... it doesnt matter if you have the fat gene ..just dont eat things that will make you fat and thats sugar starches and booz :o)
