In Yokohama,where we stayed,one guy made amazing Takoyaki near the station..we always asked him for "TAKO NASHI" takoyaki and he added so many vegetables specially for us! We just loved it!

Takoyaki is kinda like a pancake mix with octopus and onion in it. They pour it into those moulds and flip them to make a ball. It's served with mayonnaise and okonomiyaki sauce (kind of like bbq sauce).

I don't like octopus and made them once with bacon instead. Was sooo good!
