Yes that is Bryan Adams doing background vocals. The album, Thin Red Line, which this song is from was produced by Jim Vallance who has done a lot of work with Bryan. Also a little note Bryan Adams has written songs done by Neil Diamond and believe it or not Kiss. Yes Gene Simmon's group Kiss.
