The Nazi scientists staffed NASA. Werner Von Braun was the rocketry wizard who leveled England for fuck's sake. So the U.S. Crime Syndicate (Oops! To tell you the truth I would doubt that Hitler would be able to run away, because many people will get so carried away with power that when it slips away from them they feel that they are nothing, and thats what Hitler would have been, nothing except the one guy who ran messages between trenches in WWI. SO his only escape from this would be death.
I can see this being very possible. M family divided in WWII and some fled to Argentina and Peru, some remained in Italy, others soon went to America.
