John and Leon....I went to the gym and did an intense one hour workout. Is it a good thing if you wake up and have soreness? Also, should you work out still feeling sore?
Hi, I would love you to make a video on how to exercise with a bad knee. I don't have an injury as such, but I do have a mild pain in my left knee when I am doing squats and would love an exercise that is just as effective but is easy on my knees. Thank you! :)
Leon is amazing! I hope you guys are nice but tough trainers :). I had a trainer who was such a biatch I hated her with a passion lol. maybe I should've gone for a hot guy trainer like u guys for extra motivation coz she didn't do me any good hahahaha. Love your videos!!
If u want to lose a little fat around your stomach, should you just focus on abs every day or focus on cardio. I heard that in order to lose that weight, doing ab workouts every day won't help, only cardio.
haha i think the 'fricken gnarly' pushups are called dive bombers, and you can go backwards in that same formation to make them a bit more challenging. looks like fun - right up my alley!
I'm pretty sure that any exercise(s) that make the trainer red faced, out of breath, and exhausted would probably not be good for me. BUT, I love seeing them- gives me something to aspire to!
Also, wanted to say that I appreciate that you're making videos not in the gym- at home, etc. And I love the banter and the fact you're laughing and having fun. Me laughing watching it makes me want to try it more!
Can girls do this given how many press ups are involved? Or is there a variation for girls who don't want to develop their pectoral muscles too much? Great videos!
Tiger press ups are developed from harimau Silat from the looks of it. Those last press ups are basically the transition between two yoga positions, the something dog and something else lol. Would try this workout but need to see physio first, wrist problem. Off to the gym for some cardio though
You guys should audition for the next spiderman movie (at east that's what I though when I saw that 3 point exercise). This workout was fun! Though I spent half of it laughing on the floor when my arms gave out.

@rkh27 Hey it is a particularly hard work-out really we just wanted to stick a bit of a advanced workout out for some of you guys.
Try cutting some of the press up's out or even replacing them with some cardio. :)
