Once nice thing about growing up in Buffalo NY we always got to hear the best Canadian music from 102.1 CFNY back in the day from Toronto including the Grapes Wrath. This brings back memorys with there was a time machine to go back.
This band's music holds-up so well over time. I enjoy listening to their songs today - way beyond just through nostalgia, but at face-value for what it is now.
Wow I was in Vancouver sometime late 80's or early Ninety's and taped a few hours on Z95.3 fm ... came back to Aussie where I have had this song for over a decade only to find it on YouTube. What a treat! I would be one of the very few Aussies to know this song except the few who would hear it on my car stereo from time to time . Thanks !
First heard 'Now And Again' back in '90 and it definitely remains my favorite album of all time. It's tied as to whether this or "All The Things I Wasn't" is my favorite track off of it. :)
The remake on the extended version of 'Field Trip' is just as good, yet so much different than the original. Just goes to show you how good they still are. I hope they get a revival Stateside. They were so under-appreciated in the 80's.
It;s funny how much Canadian music means to Canadian fans like myself, especially older songs, I know that might sound stupid but old Canadian songs have more of an impact on me than old songs from anywhere else.
it's so true and it's amazing how certain Canadian songs put you in certain places in your life. I remember the song "Shine" by Junkhouse coming on the radio all the time when I worked for Dominion and when it comes on now I'm transported back there in my mind.
Oh my, this brings me back. Good days, but wouldn't want to live them again. Just memories, where they should stay. Nevertheless, thank you for posting one the greatest bands from that time in my life.
omg Ive been looking for this song for 8 years LOL

@Lemonfreshdog
I, too, am surprised how 'present' this music is with the likes of Jack Johnson, et al. I had this on cassette. I wonder if it is in CD now?

The fact that this band was not super famous (or at least their songs) demonstrates what is wrong with the music industry.
I hope they bleed to death under the weight of the internet DYI revolution.
Perhaps that was too strong.
nah.
