I have the bold and I'm soo happy with it. I use it as my organizer and as my MP3 player. Battery life is also okay. I have a Dock at home so when I get home I always put my Bold in the dock and it shows a beautiful clock.

But I highly recommend the software-updates!!

Few questions.

1) What is the whole idea behind trying to confuse a website, and disguise your browser as a firefox one rather than a blackberry?

2) My friend had a blackberry, and it had the same sort of little.. scrolling rolly ball thing that you use to navigate. His broke. How durable are these and is it very expensive to get them fixed if they break?

3) For the multimedia player (music), will songs that have been downloaded from Limewire or Frostwire be able to be put & played on it?

chrome frame is actually plastic and screen also plastic, both happen to scratch very very easily. battery life sucks after a month usage. making or receiving calls becomes at times impossible, those are phone, not network related. crashes regularly and starts only up again when battery is taken out. had 4 replacements, all plagued with same problems. Nokia E72 here I come!

My brother uses the bold and I use the iPhone and it really depends on what you want to do with them. The iPhone has faster browsing, and is easier to navigate with the touch screen. The keypad on the bold is way better though. But If you want something for business get the bold as it's just easier. If you want something with more multimedia options then clearly iPhone

Also he didn't even say anything about the the media player and the sound quality. the bold is the loudest and clearest sounding blackberry ever produced, because rim took the time out to revamp the sound system. He didn't even mention what the ports on the sides and top were for those are actually the speaker ports, and he also failed to mention the fact that rim also made a new mic system that uses dual microphones. He needs to do his home work before he does another, blackberry review.

I would go with the BlackBerry Curve 8900 if you are tight on the money and like all of the features on the bold. But if you want to spend an extra 100 dollars then I would go for the bold... The Curve 8900 screen is smaller but I also noticed when I compared phones at the AT&T store that the Curve 8900's screen resolution was more clear the he Bold 9000. The Curve 8900 does not have 3G. Those are the only setbacks I noticed. Hope this helped.

He is just another Iphone lover/blackberry hater!He said the browser was bad, it is fast and on most web pages you can see the words just fine, i don't know what sites he was looking at but the browser is great. And he also said that the phone didn't have a youtube app hello stupid thats because it doesn't need one, all you have to do is go to youtube on the phone itself and click on a video and it actually plays the video in the phones media player.

Whoa! Are you using a Flip Mino to film this? I saw it in the reflection of the Bold's fancy screen. I've been researching buying the HD Mino and have become pretty familiar with it's slim design. Sorry for being a creep!
