Monica Rial dosen't sound that high-voiced naturally, only when she's doing cutesy characters. If you've ever seen one of her interviews, or when she's doing a more serious character like Jo from ANGEL SANCTUARY or Misa Hayes from the ADV dub of MACROSS, her normal voice is...well, more normal sounding.
