  • SWEET GOING TO TRYI N GET A BUS TO DOIT IT N IT MAKES CENSE INSULATING IT COUSE I REMEMBER THOSE COLD MORNIN BUS RIDES LOL

  • I would love 2 see you guys floor plans. Im about to try to handle a project . you dudes did a major cool job. Hope I can do half dat... HELP PLEASE..

  • That project is soooo sick!!! Fuckin a, you put in some serious work! I watched this originally on the DCH website, but I had to see this again and again! Joey n Zach got mad fuckin skillz skateboarding and crazy building!!! DCH fo life!

  • white trash style. why not just unbolt the seats

  • American Gypsy sounds like a good name for school bus conversions. That would be a cool reuse project.

  • nice work, check this out, American Gypsy.

  • Ah me and my dad are converting a bus right now to get out the seats we had to have one man use a wrench at the bottom to hold the bolt in place and on top the other would use the impact wrench it was such a hassle there must of been an easier way lol.

  • who's the blonde? whats here story? maybe we can meet at burning man 2011

  • have you looked into insuring it ? I am going to do the same thing with a 97 amtran flat front school bus . my insurance pretty much said bite me

  • @gseufzer We did take the bus on tour last summer, and we did insure it. Im not sure of all the details, I know it was a six month deal, and I also know we got Triple A and that helped out SOOO much when we broke down. ( we broke down once driving up a mountain) overheated the engine...

  • @gseufzer My current bus is insured with Progressive.I did not say "bus". I said "Ford motorhome".Viking insurance has covered my schoolbuses,no problem.

  • Unless you never intend to go to any place cold, you going to need moisture barrier. You know, the plastic thing that goes between foam and wood panel, which prevent moisture from forming on the metal skin, thus leading to mold.

  • If the bus has a diesel engine i would check into getting a second fuel system hooked up for some waste vegetable oil, that would be awesome

  • did you guys ever finish it? would love to see it. Thinking about doing this. How much you guys pay for the bus? How much money did you put into the conversion?

  • @thedaytripper3330 we did finish it, looks so amazing! we are trying to put the final part of the video online ASAP. Ill be sure to let you know when we do.

  • This is not a "how to" video but still interesting to watch. Looks to me like you are making sure it's done right the first time. Good vid.

  • @yesiamanalien This is true its not really a "How to do it Yourself Video" , but more so just footage of use converting it. Maybe If we had done some voice overs and explained some building tecnnqiues. Reguardless the video does give an idea of what steps we took to convert the bus. Thanks for watching :O!

  • haha i can't beleive the bus has changed so much already

  • lookin good dude, next time i'm in town i gotta come out and see it, mebbe lend a hand
