I'm 15 and I freakin love this movie since I was 7!
I was still getting used to my hearing aids because I was born hard of hearing, so once I had my hearing aids, mom suggested me to look into this movie, so i told her to buy it for me, and i sat there and watched it. The most beautiful sound in the universe! Nothing can ever compare to this movie <3 It's my #1 absolute favorite <3 I remember all of the lines and songs <3 I'm seriously that obsesed <3
My friend and I love Sound of Music so much, particularly the Austrian maid Frau Schmidt, that we made a parody of the musical told from Frau's perspective. It's a comedy that we both wrote.If you're interested in seeing it yourself, youtube "Sound of Frau" and click on the version with the best quality! :D

I love how the crowd cheers at certain parts like when the Captain says "there isn't going to be any Baroness" and especially when they kiss...c'mon people, you knew that was gonna happen!
Still, id prolly do the same thing if i was there. :)
that's amazing TSOM is the romance of all movies. it's the best. the saddest thing is that they only play such things in amarica or i guess. and i live in europe the netherlands it's impossible to go there. i'm 16 years old and just drifting away in the sky of this movie it's the beautiffulst movie i've ever seen!!!

They show the movie on a big screen, and the audience sings along with all the songs. It's fun.
