Probably one of the best written and voice acted Jokers' ever. The design was basically flawless. The Joker was originally supposed to be a psychotic killer, but obviously he couldn't kill people in a kids show, so they made him give people these very ''Disturbed'' smiles, which in my view was almost as worse as death. KMR (The Voice Actor) rendered the character amazingly, and there are no complains from this viewer! Boomeration owns!
