4% on UC system vs 12% on correction, how can it be 4 times more? 4 times 3 is 12, so it's only 3 times more. I agree that it's unfair to increase tuition costs, but still I'm suprised that no one mentioned about this mathematical mistake. But anyways, it's only a minor one, I probably won't figure it out if I was standing there listening.
