  • how can god turn his back after hearing this!!! no wonder he wants to save us, thank you aron.

  • Beautiful & heartfelt...great rendition! What can't you believe JawigginsH? Either you are predudiced in some way(s) or you don't have an ear...or any feeling...for music!

  • I can't believe this was allowed to be recorded

  • 素敵ですね 。。

  • What a voice! Best version I've ever heard.

  • so cute ))) looool )))

  • So Beautiful!!!!!!

  • How this Giant bear is able to belt out honey from his wind-pipe amazes me!

  • YAY that New Orleans singer...love ya Aaron.

  • The Divine Mercy Chaplet is awesome also!

  • he has soul in his heart and heart in his soul and heart and soul in his voice.

  • c'est super magnifique chansson je te fifff

  • I paint murals out side, so I slap on a pair of wireless headphones. Then stick ole Neville in there and listen to him and his voice while I paint. Thus the traffic noise behind me can sweetly GO TO HELL! .....:)

  • never heard such an amazing VOICE

  • They better play this at my funeral or I'll be back.

  • The simplicity and profoundly reverent spirituality of this unique and soulful rendition

by Aaron Neville is striking. Opera singers do not have a monopoly on Schubert's

universal and timeless masterpiece! Schubert being the greatest song writer to

grace our planet would have approved of this extraordinary interpretation. Thank

you for posting and to Anry for sharing!

  • @Kievest Dear friend! You have answered my question fully and wonderfully as ever. Yes, this most beautiful melody is not written only for operatic singers. Actually, their vocally complicated and refined singing may not be suitable for this prayer. Yes, this is a prayer and Neville sings it like a prayer.

  • Had the joy of knowing Aaron's son Jason and his famiily in 2002. Nice family. This is my all-time favorite vocal rendition of Schubert's Ave Maria.

  • A gift like a dew covered rose. Thanks
