to race the champs you have to have 35 races complete with each type of car muscle,exotic,tuner,bike,luxur­y.I had 95 % of the game finished when i began racing the 4 champs.If they don't contact you after you have completed the 35 races ,look

for them cruising in your map Julian is the tuner champ,Oswaldo-biker champ,Pete-exotic champ, and Marcel the muscle champ after you located one of them beat their race series after you beat them they should call you.hope this helps

pause the game go right till you get to settings than go down to STATISTICS then go to CAREER STATS. There you should find all your exotic , tuner , ect. wins. Once you get 35 wins with Pete the exotic champ he will call you right away.

I made a shitload of money with delivery missions on easiest. 10-15k each delivery (depending on time and car's condition) and they're only like 1-2mins. The tracks are also very similar so you'll remember the routes quick. Fast and easy money. Tho I have everything for free ages ago already. =p
