They didn't film it in Memphis b/c the state of Tennessee didn't offer the type of financial package that Louisiana offered. Louisiana and Georgia out bid Tennessee for this. If it was being filmed in Nashville the state would have jumped all over it. Typical fucked up Tennessee politics.

i just want to know why they are filming this in New Orleans if it is set in Memphis? Not a complaint bc New Orleans can use all of the help we can get, but I am curious...

I can't balive someone made a show about the memphis police !

the show will do a better job of crime fighting than the actual police force .

The memphis police department is so currupt, under trained, and unrespected it's a joke ! Most of it officer's black and white are over weight, afraid to do their job for fear of a lawsuit the Female's are held to a lesser standard. They should have made the show about how all around currupt it is and how racist it is agianst white officer's !

@TheYoungshyne Yes I'm completly serious. If you actually lived in Memphis as I do, and had friends or family on the force you would see and hear about it for yourself. My father was memphis blue for 31 years, I grew up hearing about police polotics. Hell we have a women on the swat team who cant shoot for shit, she's on the team becouse her boyfriend is a police major who has a little pull, our OCU is being 'looked at' by the FBI for misconduct, and being disbanded... should I go on ?

@TheYoungshyne Oh ! I have no grudge seeing how I am a US MARINE. Aint no way in hell I'd ever be a cop in Memphis anyway ! If I ever leave the Marines I'll put in with the US Marshels, or the US Border Patrol.
