  • Do you believe that doing crazy high reps like this benefit your deadlift for the sake of getting your max up?If so what percentage of your max is best for high rep sets like this one?

  • @1crazyirish No probably not. This was specifically a high rep type challenge. Benefits certainly muscular endurance, and CV fitness as this is actually what stopped me...breathing became a bit of an issuelol. This is probably about 35-40% of my max (190kg in comp). Some things are just done for fun, a bet or a challenge and this is one of them.
