Just one comment: You missed the sporozoites invading the hepatocytes prior to the release of the hepatic merozoites. Otherwise, I really liked it.

Nice work. It's very difficult to visualize what you have done. I can't post much of it, but I've done a bit of medical animation done with Lightwave as well. It's a tough gig.
