im getting one of those charge controllers in a couple of days

10% of 12A/h = 1.2A safe charge for this Battery !! 2 Amps going in is a destructive charge . . or is that not the case?

how do i ,..or you measure the amps???

Measure the amps going into the battery? Put an Ammeter in series.

Im working on a panel with two volt meters and one ammeter that shows incoming volts, outgoing volts and amps.
