I have bejewled twist on DS and it says it's possible to get fruits, but I've tried everything and I haven't seen one. Know anything about it?

@darkheart1998 I don't own the DS version, so I'm afraid I don't know. If the score system is similar, just keep making matches until you get the 10x multiplier, complete it again and you get a fruit.

@ScionCrow as Worked out ScionCrow. i own the DSiWare Version of the game so yes, Fruitgems do exist in the DS version
