  • Wherever this was, they have retarded drivers

    1. The white van almost got hit, a close call

    2. The red car started moving before the van was even in the picture

    3. Even I could see the truck in the video when he started moving

    4. The truck driver didn't appear to slow down even after the van ran through in front of him

This almost seems like it was staged, I really hope people aren't that stupid

  • I see what happened. The driver of the car was blinded by the white van that pulled past and had used the judgment of the previous time he/she looked down the road to determine if it was safe to go. Shit happens to the best of them.

  • but he could obviously see that comeing

  • is the car trunk still able to be closed???

  • @DankHydroBudz

hahahahaha....way to stay focused on the important things!

  • Maybe if he didn't go while the van was in his line of sight he might've made it...

  • Holy crap he almost got hit!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • ha ha reporter scram!

  • case and point right there

  • The dumb ass should have been watching the road instead of looking at the reporter and camera crew. Darwin

  • WoW ! That cameraman deserves an award for that video!

Emagine standing right there when that big van slammed into the side of that car.... It could easily of come sliding their way... The reporter reacted like a frightened little rabbit which im sure most people would be like in that situation..

But the cameraman could see that truck getting closer and see the crash happening yet instead of running or paniking he just kept on filming and even followed the action !!

    TOP CAMERMAN :D

  • @MadOzZy true but the reporter was not facing the wreck. He may have thought it was coming right at him...

  • @StuartRedman1 i think the driver was distracted by the camera team, like those idiots who are causing accidents because of watching an accident that already happened

  • I agree with opinionspewer, the News Crew attracts lots of attention and distracted the driver, and they know it. I hope that the driver didn't die.

  • Hogshit I'm sick & tired of dipshits wihinning with excuses & not accepting responsibility... : [

  • yeah the car stopped too far back at the intersection, it should have stopped closer so it could see the oncoming traffic, and that way, the view would also not get obstructed by the white van. Hope the driver is okay though, fault or not at fault.

  • The driver of the car was using the guess and go method.

  • Well at least the cops had video evidence, just goes to show how fast life can be snuffed out and yeah DEFFENSIVE DRIVING is what it's all about-it's always the other guy that's going to get you,one risk in driving and it could be your last risk!

  • jesus dude that cud of been so much worse but it was still a bad accident

  • they should put traffic lights. If not it could get worse like that on the video cause the buy in the saloon car didnt see cause the truck block his view and the guy knocking the saloon doesnt see it coming.

  • damn, i would have said," OH SHIT!' AND RAN FOR IT......

  • Ironinc? no. So the news crew draws lots of attention and the car driver gawked and got distracted just like most people would. This reporter knows how to 'make' news. Good thing the reporter was telling the story while standing right on the corner, he could never have explained a simple intersection adequately from a photograph or using words. What a lucky jackass.

  • lol that was funny all u see the guy yapping off about crap then a car crash halouriouse

  • is the guy dead por guy =(

  • SBIIIIIIIIM.......

  • oh wow. That's ironic!! Poor guy, that would have scared the crap out of me. "There's just been a major accident!" Wow, really? We hadn't noticed. hahahaha

  • definatly the cars fault.

  • lol 55

  • you should teach observation classes to old people and tractor trailer drivers!!1 *LOL*

  • good observations

  • always look!!! stay off the phone!!

  • its kinda the trucks fault sense he was going 55 without stopping at a intersection

  • The truck does not have to stop, the car is at fault for not making a full complete stop. Listen to the news anchor, he tells you that cars traveling 55 does not have to stop.

  • the truck had right of way and no stop sign

  • You know the odds of this happening are like 30 billion to 1

  • The driver of the car that pulled out is a candidate for the Darwin Awards... He/she is too stupid to survive on this earth. Even 4th graders at the bottom of their class know to look both ways before crossing.

  • OH MAI GOUSH!!!

  • If I were the guy driving the truck I would sue the hell out of that dumbass who pulled out in front of him...there's no excuse for that, ever.

  • hahahahhahahahahahaha woooo nice timeing

  • LOLOLOL "Oawh Moi Gawsh!!!" guy sounded stupid as hell haha

  • uhh...

  • WOW! what a good cameraman! i'd like to see the guy from cloverfield pull off that shit xD

  • lol lol fucking lol

  • hey i hope that was one of your relatives LOL

  • The reporter probably distracted the driver crossing the intersection. Otherwise, it would've been obvious there was a car coming at high speed to their left. Whatever it was, they were obviously distracted. Good on the reporter for stopping himself mid-cuss. I'm curious, though. Did the driver in critical condition pull through?

  • "they do have stop" ... SMASH!!!

  • You cant blame the reporter, but kinda true

  • 2 noob drivers lol

  • if the reporter wasn't there they wouldn't have smashed

  • my goodness gracious

  • lol "oh my gosh!"

  • haha
