  • Judge Judy uses them in her Court .........

  • This is valuable information for anyone going through a divorce, since things like this could be easily overlooked during a period of anger or confusion. Anyone who is going through a divorce, or is planning on going through a divorce, should always look up information about divorces, like this video provides.

  • Wow, everyone going through divorce need to see this video. I would never have even thought that people could use facebook and twitter messages as evidence. This actually is very helpfull to everone involved in a court case. You really never know if online evidence could be used against you. Thanks for this important peice of advise.

  • I really didn't know that someone can use information like this in the divorce process. I've heard about lots of incidents considering jealousy that derived from social networking sites but didn't know people use this for divorce. This make me think about my Internet behavior. It is good to know this and it is great that this is available online.

  • This is a great video for anyone who is having relationship problems. Divorce shouldn't be your goal, but sometimes it is necessary. If so, these people can help you.

  • This is great information that many of us might not even think about. If you're heading for a divorce. this information is valuable and very helpful and this video gives you great insight into the problems that can arise from your on line history.

watch this video and be more careful about your communactions while on your computer, great stuff. The host is great, straight forward, personal and direct.

  • That's some great information. These social network sites like twitter, facebook and myspace have gotten me in small trouble before, crazy to think it could become a legal matter! The internet has become so out of control, it seems like the best option is to just stop using these sites.

  • This video really makes you wanna be more careful about what you send on the internet, I never knew things you write on the net could be so easily used against you.I think they should enforce some kind of privacy security that wouldn`t allow your messages to be misused without consideration whether there was a privacy expectaton or not.

  • wow! I would have never guessed that your activity on facebook, tweeter, and other similar sites can be used against you! I believed there were laws to protect people from these sorts of things, but you made it clear that this law is only in effect when the user truly believes he/she is in a secure environment or situation! This is excellent information that can be very useful.

Please distribute and tell your Senator and/or Representative about Israel's killing Americans, heinous crimes, stealing our taxes, and its spying on USA. Peace!

  • This is an interesting video. I would have never thought about using online evidence such as facebook or twitter. Many people "overuse" twitter and facebook, and many times, they are not even telling the truth. Privacy is a big issue; but I think that all status updates on myspace, facebook and twitter should be looked at upon a divorice trial. A person should know that twitter and facebook are public and anybody can see your status. If you post something there, it is not protected.

  • This video was great! I never knew that anything can be used against you, through a program like like facebook or myspace. I know my husband doesnt like me being on there but it's good to know that if we did get a divorce he could use my postings against me. I wont tell him that. This video is very useful and i will be passing this along. Thanks

  • This video has some AWESOME information in it. I've already passed this site on to 2 of my friends that are in the process of getting divorced. I didn't realize that sending an email or making a comment on Facebook could be used against me. That information is relevant to everyone, not just people getting divorced. It reminded me to be careful what you put in writing - no matter where that writing is. Thanks for the great information.

  • This is a great video. The information in this video about twitter, facebook and other such sites is scary, as your comments and interactions with other people can be used against you in court. I agree, that it is better to be safe rather than sorry, and we should think before hitting the send button. i will be informing my friends about this video, so that they also gather relevant information about using internet safely. I would say a great video full of facts and informative material.

  • This video is very help full. This is the great video that appears over the internet. Excellent information. Thanks. I had no idea that a divorce could be settled without ever going to court. I always thought a court appearance was required. I appreciate your help. The lawyer spoke well and waiting for more information.

  • This is a great video and contains very important information. These are things that I never knew about and will be sharing with my close friend who is currently going to through a divorce. This shows that it is important to what you are putting online for everyone to see. It shows that there are things that can go wrong for using Facebook and sites like these.

  • Lee Rosen is a Divorce Lawyer. He is very familiar with electronic messaging. If you are undergoing a divorce he would be a great Lawyer. If you use Email, Facebook or twitter you really should know what is in this video. Even if you are not married there is important privacy information in this video.

  • Wow, I'm shocked. It's scary to know that certain things you post or say via the internet can be used against you in court. Im glad I've learned how I can communicate in private to protect my rights and the such. Its good to know and I suggest you all pay close attention to this video.

  • Think before you hit the send button; yes, I agree. Unfortunately; most of the people nowadays would think that its safe to post or even to fake anything online. This was a very informative and useful video; Ive enjoyed watching it; Specially that the speaker sounds and looks very professional; and what he said makes sense. Thank you for sharing it.

  • The video is really very needful and helpful because everyone need privacy. So your advice on that is very helpful and there is much truth in it, the facebook and the twitter tips are really amazing to hear. I will refer my who is one of this case. and apply. Sometimes we miss this type of things simply. I really thankful for the author for giving this video.

  • Great advice. Divorce may become ugly, take the higher road and keep angry conversations one on one.

  • This video is very helpful. I agree: the privacy is a very important issue... on the internet and in the real life. And you are right: "better safe than sorry". Anything you`ve ever written remains somewhere: on a server, on a notebook, on a sheet of paper.. it`s like the latin saying:"vorba volant, scripta manent" (The word flies, the writing remains). This is not the first video i`ve seen about Lee Rosen, and he is great. Thank you so very much.

  • I am a married man and by seeing this video it sure makes it look bad for anyone who uses accounts like twitter or facebook. and there is a divorce in the future for you.Using this information against you.never thought that could happen.Amazing.Facebook alone I have ex-girlfriends on there!I would have to say if you are having amrriage problems your electronic communications should be kept at a level where it can't be suspicious or do it at a cafe where it can't be traced from your PC.

  • Although this advice comes from divorce attorneys, it is great advice for anyone who uses the internet. We often don't give a thought about our electronic communications being captured and used against us, but the technology exists to do just that. Take Mr. Rosen's advice and THINK before you hit "send!"

  • Noted the side effects of communication and really its better to be safe than sorry and watch before you hit the send button!! I never thought this way, thanks for the inputs.

  • That was a great video. The information is valuable outside of the scope of divorce as more employers search the web for information on a prospect. What you say can easily come back to haunt you. Divorce, or the thought of it, is so outside of my thought process, but there is wisdom in the multitude of counsel. The guy was well spoken and I look forward to more information.
