While I am glad people are posting on the Tree of Life, this video is not especially helpful and in fact obscures some info. The middle pillar is "Equilibrium" or "Consciousness". "Ideal from actual" in regards to Daath is incredibly misleading. You missed the most important attribution of all too -- likening the entire Tree to the human body, thus showing the microcosm and macrocosm as one. Anyone could search Google images and get more info than this... but anyway, at least you are trying.

The main theme in religion generally seems to be redemption (I'm not an expert on religion!) and the focus should always be on our decisions as individuals. The problems come when scripture or doctrines are used divisively or to defend entrenched beliefs in the face of reason.

I see good and evil more as societal concepts rather than universal forces. I do believe in Gods (I'm vaguely polytheistic, used to be nihilistically atheist) but I can't really speculate on how they influence us.

Yes, you actually can mediatate on the Tree. There is a thing called "Path Working," where you meditate on the individual paths -- the connecting lines, which she didn't really go into. They each have a different quality.

Keter is the first thought of what you want to do. Chochmoh and binah are continuations of that. they call these worlds. Next is when you make the thing, after that is the start of the thing being finshed, and finally is when the thing is done and operational.
