To relish this even further, I am willing to bet money that Obama is going to say "jobs were just created." The tea party protesters love the USA and belive in our founding documents. The occupy movement hate the USA and want to tear down and replace our system of government. They are hanging around doing drugs, camping out and demanding free stuff from the rest of us. The tea party only demands the government follow the consistutition. Comparing these movements is an insult to every tax paying citizen.

@computerpurple I would have to disagree with that. Most of the people at the Wall Street rally want jobs and are sick and tired of corrupt business practices. yes, I do think a lot of the protestors act like they're crazy (the guy hanging from a statue demanding that mayor Bloomberg (NYC) resign) but most of the demonstrators I see are hard working people who simply want jobs. BTW I also feel the police have used excessive force in many situations. Search for yourself on youtube.

Some i'm sure miss used their college days to either party or stick to taking class such as "basket weaving 101" and now they have worthless diploma that will not serve them well in the real world job market. @computerpurple well I personally go to school full time and do delivery on the side. I had a delivery job this past summer but was laid off because business was slow. I finally got another delivery job, but you wouldn't believe the number of phone calls and applications I had to make and fill out before I was offered a job. I don't consider myself a freeloader, yet I am also someone who simply wants the creation of jobs. Many of these protestors are in the same boat as I am.

@A08041988 As for the issue you raised about the police well i think in some cases protesters are acting as agitators and want to put the police in a bad light. It piss's me off that the police have to babysit these spoiled brats which coast we the tax payers a lot of our hard earned money. Wouldn't be surprised that some police have been taken off serious police work - murder cases , robbery , rape so as to babysit these brats.

But I have seen videos in which people were being dragged across the street like dolls and punched in the face for no good reason. Police need to realize that the only time physical force can be used is if the individual is a threat to themselves or someone else. some protestors also need to wake up and realize that acting like babies will only defeat their entire purpose.

It's time for them to pack up and go home. There is freedom of speech and then there is being a pain in the ass. They are costing the tax payers millions and messing up public property. If they want to continue I'm sure they can find someone willing to let them use their private land. They can hire their own security and camp out as long as they want.
