this tune is a downtempo jazzy breakbeat thing, jungle or dnb is mainly produced around 170bpm.

As much as I hate microlabeling, I just have to ask...is this is a specific subgenre of D&B?  I'm not really that familiar with the genre, but to me this sounds very distinct from much of the other stuff.

Yeah, you could say this is VERY specific; LTJ Bukem and his umbrella of labels (Good Lookin', Lookin Good, Cookin' et al) and like minded artists on that label, particularly the likes of mid-era Blame, PFM, Artemis, Big Bud etc. Some stuff on Moving Shadow shared some of this aesthetic, and even a tiny bit of early Metalheadz (in bits and pieces), but mostly this was the likes of Bukem.
