the thing that sux about shopping for real estate online is it is hard to know what a good deal is. We live 700 miles from Chama so when we do come up to check things out we want to have a good game plan. We want a few acres that are secluded but road accessable and no restrictions so we could stay in an RV while we built. If you have any good connections I'd appreciate it :)
There may be property available on Mesa Golondrino, south of Chama. I was up there 45 days ago, and much of it is ranch land (cattle grazing) but the dirt roads are fairly good.
I live and work in the area; there are a few large ranches for sale.
That was a great gallery guys and gals, THANKS. Me and some pals are doing the Rio Chama this weekend (April 18-19th, 2008) I am hoping to get some good spring runoff.
