The best poi instruction videos i've found. I am leaning a lot very quickly. if anyone is having trouble u can slow it down by clicking on and off your pause button. then just try to understand the movement of one arm at a time and practice individually. That is what worked for me.

Last year at Aurora Festival in Greece I saw a girl doing pois and it looked so amazing, I wished I could do it just like her but I had no idea how to do it. And now I've found this here. Thank you very very much for these videos! It really helps to improve or actually first of all develop my skills :D

Jaaa! Gut gemacht! Eine Kugel. Soweit dazu. Aber im Grunde ist es schnurz. Kiwido ist meines Wissens nach der Fantasiename einer Firma. Und sind wir ehrlich - unter dem Begriff POI suchen die Interessierten doch wohl eher. Also - nimms nicht so eng.

@MAMAMACHINE Sounds like a single-handed butterfly. Usually butterflies are down with a poi in each hand, so you can exit it at any time.
