It seems like Seth McFarlane puts all his effort into American Dad (at least it has the most well timed, clever, funniest jokes imo).

But I'm pretty sure it wouldn't be only about sex; I think he would have his own kind of adventures too, just like Peter, Cleveland and Stan. Seth McFarlane has good writers, not as good as those of Matt Groening, but good at the end.
