More a beautifully done tribute than a parody. A&M obviously adore the idiosyncratic, slightly dotty genre of middle class gentlemen that Flanders and Swann represented. Quite like them myself as well.
All of those people commenting about Brabbins/Armstrong's feet moving to the tune of the song, it's well spotted, however if you watch the video: "you know that bit", then you'll learn that he isn't paraplegic, but simply confined to the chair for comfort.
@PieEatingMouse Excellent point. My ex-girlfriend's brother had to use a wheelchair. He had had a nasty car accident and due to his injuries could not stand, bear his bodily weight upon his legs or use crutches. He still had some use of his legs however, and it was both amusing and for some, confusing, to see someone attempting to do keepie-uppies while sat down in a wheelchair.

fantastic parody to flanders and swan. and well done too
flander's/swan's wife actually saw the one in the wheelchair and cried because it reminded her so much of him.

Is it the phrase "seeing to the missus" that makes this song so much funnier than it should be?
I think it is.
It just demands a replay.

Not as good as the original Flanders and Swann, but with an ironic charm of their own. Helps to be familiar with F&S.

This comment has received too many negative votes show
Flanders & Swan used intelligent satire in their songs, not deliberately obvious sexual innuendo.

Its great that when it gets into it, the one in the wheelchair starts moving his legs with the music

F&S didn't object to using the word "bum".
One of their best songs was titled "Pee-po-belly-bum-drawers!"

thank you very much. you were quite fast! not as good as the others, but the "bum" part was good.
