@zrokr it looks like his is tuned in standard, but the song is played half step down. (hes playing everything 1 fret down which makes it sound like its half step down i.e first chord is 4,6,6 which is the same as 5,7,7 in half step down tuning) lol such a long explanation for something so simple :s

Not bad at all bro'. And as for the chords, try playing them without barring the 1st and 2nd strings also, just leaving them open. It gives a cool dynamic to each chord. It is another way that Aaron Lewis plays the song. Anyhow, great work. : )

KingMicah> Uh, nope... the song is written in Gb, so the chords are flats, and Staind plays a lot with suspended 4ths, 9ths, diminished chords and combined chords (i.e. Em flat/G flat), and both pentatonic and hexatonic scales, so they neither play Eb major nor minor, and the way they combine chords makes no 'wrong' way to play it. They actually use at least 7 different chords.

It looks like they play E, because they lower the strings by half a tone.
