@tudortube For the best home VCR to go with it, the Sony Hi8 EV-S7000 compliments it. I had one and regretfully pawned it. To use the X-ray feature you do need to buy the filter, not available standard with the camcorder
Not selling mine, it's the best Sony made, it's worth collecting, if you have the unmodified XRAY model, even more so. I got into a debate about how you wouldn't use the 4 inch LCD version cam to try and use the XRAY feature incognito, which is rather silly
@BlessDaMiCDvd Nope, the TRV93 model DOES have a regular powered lamp on the camcorder, there is no USB since it's analog, you can capture via USB ports on any computer with the conversion device (ADS for example)
