The band there should changed uniforms to the Marines aviator dress. MCAS Miramar in its days as a naval air base was the home of the Naval Fighter Weapons School - also called Top Gun thanks to the 1986 film and thus earned the nickname Fightertown USA for this!

I wish the announcer stopped talking. The Marine Band drum corps is playing ...the DM starts the band  ...the band wheels around the corner to the main street. Wow! It could have been great. Well... maybe next year(?) The band sounds very good from what I could hear.

Yeah, but after a while, you just get used to it. It's good to have an announcer for parades (good info for spectators), but not so good when filming:)
