I rather have butterfly closuers and stire strips plus I don't know n don't want to learn have 2 properly use them plus I would then need to buy so hemos
@SECRETBOL thanks for watching and yeah the stiches come in real handy because my dog is an idiot when it comes to being careful. he has come back to camp before with a huge gash in his side that would have been a real pain if i wouldnt have been able to throw a couple stiches in him.
Great video, mate. My poor dog, as relaxed and sedate as she was would have ripped my hands off if I tried to stitch her up. lol. :) Thanks for sharing.
@Gorntz yeah mine would be pissed to haha. but if the situation arises i could stich him up even if i had to tie him down to get it done. you also never know when your gunna need to stich up yourself especially when your in the deep woods and help isnt always that close.
I do the exact same thing with my edc bag. It's designed to also go straight in my backpack if I want to head up into the mountains after work. Great vid.
Yes, Sutures are a great idea and I'm one of the peeps who does not carry them, but I'd like to learn and not just hack someone up like an amateur. It's a process to get that skill set and I hope to acquire it fairly soon.
Great reminder of that in your vid though. Nice job.
@superdznuts99 He does have a light on the multi tool. There is always something missing from any bag, but he did a really good job given the size of the bag. Personally, I always carry a flashlight on my person and in my car. So, a flashlight would not need to go into a bare bones bag if we're talking about absolute essentials only. Likewise, I don't need to pack extra underwear.
@AndrewXAnarchy thanks for the comments. I like the surgical gauze because i can take it apart and use for multiple wounds which you may be able to do the same thing with an israeli bandage? i dont know cause i havnt seen one. And i always have a flashlight with me so the chemlight is more for sustained light if i need light fast i have a flashlight.
what brand is the multi-tool and where did you get it ? thanks.

Alot of people don't know how to stitch. So they don't carry them.
I'd suggest replacing the gauze with an israeli bandage. It would take up less room.
You might want to also take the Chem Light out of the foil. You wouldn't want to be wasting time when you need lighting fast.

Nope, you can't. I've shared with you a video of the Izzy Bandage. That should show you how it's used.
