I know I'm korny...but I'm a hardcore Skies of Arcadia fan...I rmbr this city and this music fits the scenery so well...you feel the lost hope and the sadness in it....beautifuly put together game that I think still rivals some of the new RPG's today

Is there a similar song that plays like this to anyone's knowledge. I don't why but when i heard it on the 3rd anniversary tribute I automatically knew the part at 0:51 to 1:01. Never even heard/played this game.

Lower Valua is an awesome place.

I hated so much Upper Valua people... They are self-centered, the only thing that interest them is money, and they don't have any commiseration. This part of the game is a sad image of the actual society.

If you're getting the Gamecube version, I'm afraid the music won't be nearly as good as this... its soundtrack is butchered.

honestly i think people critic it way to harshly. i have listened to both sound tracks and i find i like some on the gamecube a lot more than i did on the dreamcast

I think we're going to have to agree to disagree on this one, I really dislike the Gamecube version's 'tinny' sound, that has no-where near as much impact and depth as the Dreamcast original.

Personally, I liked Symphonia a lot. But even if it was one of the best Tales games...it was just a Tales game. The same old orphans, the same old magic trees, the same old clichés.

Many things in Skies of Arcadia sucked. The fighting was uninteresting, for one. ( Note that I am talking about the technically superior Dreamcast version, not the GC one ). But the characters, story, environments and music just made my heart smile. It really did.
