I don't think that can be considered a 360. I would say it's more of a front flip. To initiate it you pulled the rope down and behind you which resulted in your feet coming straight over your head. The handle pass isn't necessary but it helps keep the rope out of your way which also points to a flip, not a spin. Regardless, I'm still impressed and don't plan on trying it any time soon.
