No, not a matrix; it's more like a Mission Impossible. :)

B/c if you've seen the first Mission Impossible, starring Tom Cruise, you'll see in one of the scenes where he's trying to escape.

His partner tries to pull him back up into the vents but accidently looses his grip on the rope, Tom's character is falling, but his partner grabs the rope just in time before Tom's character almost landing on the floor.
