Well, since this wasn't much of a review, I'll just give my short opinion on the game: what it tries to do, some other games can do better. Minigames? WarioWare or Mario Party. Adventure? Legend of Zelda. Pokémon? Any other Pokémon game. And so on.

The overall style is cute and well-done, but the gameplay is boring and lacking. The minigames aren't even multi-player, even though they look like they do!

I'm talking full out Pokemon style RPG (classic style)... personally I can't keep track of the gazillion now Pokemon, I'd love to see a Pokemon Red or Blue remake the way FFIII and FFIV were remade on DS, or even a Gold and Silver in 3D... but the point is, a full out Pokemon RPG, not a half baked cash-in like Gale of Darkness.
