very nice work here! to simulate more life in the head, rotate the head, translate it left and right to jiggle it about, make the jaw move up and down with the mouth, make the eyes smoother at blinking and cleaner expressions.

i like your voice acting especially.

i am sure you have done more than this since you posted it a year ago. :D

I wouldn't say it was "out-of-the-box" easy, but it isn't that hard.. I haven't played with it in a while. It's time consuming and if you're like me, you'll need to devote some LONG SESSIONS to it. The short "one hour here and there" sessions aren't going to make it easier. Good luck! It's fun!

Yeah, 2 "uhhh's" and a "uhh boy"... I was trying mouth movements with some mouth shapes I was toying with. Far from professional, I know.
