Bowling is all about staying consistent....solid timing is going to make your delivery function like a well oiled machine. I like that this guy actually knows what he's doing not another expert village fail.
As in many sports, knowing every minute detail of the physics cannot really help one excel. Only by deciding not to think, but rather letting the body and subconscious parts of the brain work can one excel. It's just too complicated to think of the hundreds of thousands of small adjustments that the body must make for the perfect strike.
Ron Hatfield is coming to the lakeside in Nuneaton on Monday 30th march to do some lessons with people. I am going to improve my bowling as i am in a bowling league and my avg at the moment is only a 150 but these 4 hours of training with Ron i can feel it's going to be a 4 hours to remember

Practice creates muscle memory. Muscle memory helps make strikes easier to make.

Started with a 4 step. Switched to a 5 step about a year and a half ago. Much better imo.
