And uh, they came up to me because it wasnt about my old band having no message but about this band Angels & Airwaves having a very specific message and they said if you had any idea of what this band means to us? And I say I dont know. Because we made this band for our selves because we wanted to feel a certain way,

And these guys, the guy takes every bit of energy he has to stand up out of his wheelchair on two prosthetic legs and I stand up and take a photo with him and he is shaking because he can barley hold him self up and he looks at me and goes everything you sing about with Angels & Airwaves is what gets us through this moment in our lives.
