@ZelenoffFanClub Yes it did. Britain wrote the Balfour declaration in 1917 saying they would support the estrablishment of a Jewish homeland in Palestine after WW1 ended, and then as the controllers of the land through the post war settlement, they allowed Jewish immigration to increase.
Most importantly is the effect the Balfour Declaration had in switching opinion of the money jews of America from pre-German in WW1 to pro British. Something the Germans didn't forget after the war.
